03 JOB PURPOSE

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the end-to-end supervision and management of plant

maintenance activities encompassing electrical, mechanical, and automobile maintenance. This role

ensures that all plant equipment and machinery operate at optimal efficiency through disciplined preventive

maintenance, rapid breakdown response, cost-effective spares management, and strong people leadership

— all in alignment with MMD's operational standards and the company values of STEEL.

  • Oversee and direct the day-to-day work of the Maintenance team across electrical, mechanical,

05 JOB SPECIFICATION

5.1 Educational Qualifications

Essential Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Desirable Postgraduate qualification or certification in Maintenance Management,

Project Management, or Lean/Six Sigma

5.2 Work Experience
